Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
We are proud of the quality of our products. We would like to be able to accept anything that does not satisfy you, but the truth is we cannot always do that. The merchandise must be in new condition and still have all the tags and/or instructions attached. We accept returns of unused, like new products only within 30 days of receipt. How do I return or exchange something?
Place the product back in the box with a copy of the packing slip and a note explaining the reason for the return. If you wish to exchange it for a different product please include the item, size, style or color you prefer to have. If the price is more expensive you will be contacted for your credit card information or you can include that in the return as well. Then ship your return to our Return Address listed below.
We recommend using UPS, USPS or FedEx for return shipments and choosing pertinent tracking and or insurance options. Transgression USA cannot be held responsible for returned items that do not reach our facility.
How long until I receive my refund?
Refunds to your credit card account will be processed within 1 week of receipt of your return. Please be aware that your credit card issuer may delay the availability of your funds at their discretion.
How do you handle Warranty Claims?
Warranties are handled on a case by case basis. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your specific issue for review.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY?
Warranty is two years against defects and breakage. Normal wear is not covered.
